Thank you for choosing BioAvailable. We stand behind the quality of our advanced liposomal supplements. To ensure the safety and integrity of our products, please carefully review our return policy below.


What’s Not Returnable

  • Any product that has a broken, removed, or tampered seal. All our products are sealed for your protection. If the seal is broken, the product is considered opened and cannot be returned.
  • Opened products are not eligible for return.
  • Products not purchased directly from www.BioAvailable.shop.
  • Items returned without an order number or a packing slip.
  • Gift cards are final sale and cannot be refunded or canceled.


How to Return Unopened Products

  • Unopened product return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
  • To initiate a return, please email contact@bioavailable.shop with your name, order number, and the product(s) you wish to return.
  • Once authorized, unopened product(s) must be shipped back within 14 days of the return approval date.
  • All returns must include proof of purchase (order confirmation or packing slip) showing your name, address, and order number.
  • Products must be received in unopened, sealed, like-new condition. Products that are opened, damaged, or not in original condition will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Returns received beyond 30 days from the date of delivery will not be eligible for a refund.
  • BioAvailable does not provide return labels and is not responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your protection.


Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method.
  • Please allow 7–14 business days from the time your return is received at our facility for processing.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
